James "Jimmy" Dodson

Mr. James “Jimmy” Dodson, age 74 of Somerset, Kentucky son of the late Bud and Edna (Hudson) Dodson was born on August 14, 1941 and departed this life on Sunday, January 10, 2016 at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center. Jimmy leaves behind his beloved wife Doris (Brown) Dodson, one stepson James Hurst, two sisters Frances Prather of Shepherdsville, KY and Jennifer (and Kenny) Brewster of Somerset and host of friends who all mourn his passing. Jimmy retired from South Kentucky RECC and loved being active and working on his farm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens. The family of Mr. Dodson will receive friends on Thursday, January 14, 2016 after 11:00 a.m. until time for services at Pulaski Funeral Home. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements.
