Denver Mofield

Denver “Mouse” Mofield, son of Louella Hines Mofield and the late Harold Mofield was born in Somerset, Kentucky of June 29,1959 and departed this life at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset on February 27,2009 having attained the age of 49 years. Denver is survived by one son; Joseph L. Mofield of Somerset , two daughters; Melissa G. Mofield Ard of Hopkinsville, Kentucky and Deanna F. Mofield Woodworth of Somerset, four grand children; Hanna T. Ard, Autumn Mofield, Loren Mofield and Levi Roark all of Somerset. Four brothers; Richard and (Arlene) Mofield, Roy and ( Margaret) Mofield of Somerset, Carroll Mofield of Bronston and Randy and (Lois) Mofield of Nancy, two sisters Dinah and (Ronnie) Dick of Nancy and Brenda and (John) Emerton of Cookeville TN. Denver is also survived by the mother of his children, Rita McGown, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends and one very special friend, Evelyn Howell. Before he became disabled he worked in the Home Health Industry, and he was a member of the Science Hill Church of Christ. He was a kind person who will be greatly missed by those who knew him, he leaves a host of relatives, friends and church family who mourn his passing. Funeral Services will be held at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home on Monday March 2, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. John Baxter officiating and burial will follow in the Vaught Ridge Cemetery in Science Hill KY. His family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Sunday March 1, 2009. at Pulaski Funeral Home. Pulaski funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
