Mr. Glen Diamond, son of the late Astor and Valentine Morgan Diamond, was born at Waynesburg, Kentucky on August 18, 1933 and departed this life in Somerset, Kentucky on Thursday, September 10, 2015 having attained the age of 82 years.
He was united in marriage to Shirley Hamm on May 31, 1968. She survives. Other survivors include; two sons, John W. Diamond of Jamestown, KY, and William Mitchell (and Genia) Diamond of Science Hill, Kentucky; one daughter, Lisa Deann Colyer of Somerset, Kentucky; one step-daughter, Kellie (and Lelan) Pence of Richmond, Kentucky; three grandchildren, John Glen Diamond of Albany, KY, Douglas Diamond of Middlesboro, KY, and Rachel Colyer of Somerset, Kentucky; two step-grandchildren, Haley Pence and Tori Pence all of Richmond, Kentucky; two brothers, Virgil and Larry Diamond; and one sister, Mary Susan (and Jerry) Down of Somerset, Kentucky.
Glen was a kind person, and a member of the Campground Baptist Church. He enjoyed deer hunting, Coon Hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed riding around his neighborhood in his golf cart.
Funeral services for Mr. Glen Diamond will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September15, 2015 at the chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hamm-Waddle Cemetery.
The family of Mr. Glen Diamond will receive friends after 5:00 p.m. Monday, September 14, 2015 at the Pulaski Funeral Home.
