Mrs. Ollie Baker

Ollie Mae Baker, daughter of the late Lewis and Gracie Moore Barrett, was born in Booneville, KY on August 5, 1923, and she departed this life in Daytona Beach, Florida on September 4, 2015 having attained the age of 92 years. She was united in marriage to Mr. Robert Bake, Jr, he preceded her in death. She is survived by daughters; Evelyn Collinsworth and Wilma Lee Newby, sons; Bobby Gene Baker, Gary Vaughn Baker, 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 22 great-great grandchildren. Other than her parents, and husband, she was also predeceased by a daughter; Ollie Mae Byrd, two sons; Michael "Mickey" Lewis Baker, and Stanley Byrd Jr. and two grandchildren; Christopher and Ashlyn. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her friends and family. Her family will have a time of gathering at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening, September 11, 2015. A graveside service will be held at Versailles Cemetery on September 12, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
