Juanita Mae (Young) Cox

Juanita Mae (Young) Cox, 82, of Somerset, Kentucky, departed this life on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, TN. Juanita was born in Cincinnati, OH on November 21, 1932 to the late Roy and Beatrice Young. She was a faithful wife, loving mother and grandmother. She faithfully and diligently supported her husband in the founding and establishing of the First Apostolic Church of Somerset. She was a member of the Apostolic Church of Russell Springs. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Ralph Hubert Cox, who she married on September 10, 1954 in Cincinnati, OH, a sister, Joyce Randall (and Russell) of Fairborn, OH, 3 sons, Michael Cox, M.D. (and Bethel) of Livingston, TN, Joe Cox (and Rebecca) of Somerset, KY, and Randall Cox (and Jennifer) of Russell Springs, KY; 2 daughters, Tina Hill of Somerset, KY, and Jennifer Mutters (and Daniel) of Bethel, OH. 11 grandchildren, David Cox (and Carolynn), Daniel Cox, Jonathon and Aslynne Hill, Adam and Jacob Cox, Emily, Bethany, and Nathaniel Cox, Allison and Olivia Mutters. She is preceded in death by a sister, Freda Robinson (and Bob) of Cincinnati, OH. Visitation will be held at the First Apostolic Church of Russell Springs, Kentucky on Sunday, September 13, 2015 5-8 p.m. CST. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. CST. At the Church with Rev. Paul Stringer officiating. Burial will follow in the Elk Springs Cemetery in Monticello, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers family request expressions of sympathy be made to the First Apostolic Church building fund of Russell Springs.
