Harold Eugene Gragg, age 84, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away on August 5, 2015 in Somerset, Kentucky. Harold was born on October 7, 1930 in Grundy, Kentucky to the late Clint Gragg and Lottie Evans Gragg.
Harold was a farmer all of his life, a Korean war veteran, and a survivor of the chosin reservoir. He was a member of the Rock Lick Baptist Church, the DAV, and the Blinded Veterans of America.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years; Ruby Rose Gragg, two sons; Robert Gragg of Burnside, and Benny C. Gragg of Somerset; three daughters; Linda Barnett of Somerset, Mary Lou Gragg of Somerset, and Lena Mae (and Ron) Wesson of Somerset. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; Loretta Barnett, Cindy (and Eric) Dick, Phillip Eugene Campbell, Michele (and Randy) Helsley, Joshua Wesson, Laura (Alfonso) Torres, Rebecca Wesson, and three great-grandchildren; Erica Dick, Kaitlyn Helsley, and Michael Helsley. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter-in-law; Ginger Gragg, a son-in-law; Doug Barnett, and a brother; Johnny Gragg.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mr. Gragg’s farm in Somerset.
The family will receive friends at Pulaski Funeral Home on Sunday, August 9, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
