Sylvia June Daws

Sylvia June Daws, daughter of the late Cap D. and Polly Lakes Cunnagin, was born at Bond, Kentucky on November 28, 1930 and she departed this life on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 having attained the age of 84 years. She was united in marriage to Mr. Glen C. Daws, he preceded her in death. Survivors include; two children, George M. (and Gayle) Daws, and Kimberly K.(and David) Lockman; five grandchildren, Jason M. Daws, Brian J. Daws, Adam C. Daws, Aaron C. Lockman, and Kendall L. Lockman; five great grandchildren, Mykala M. Daws, Brandon M. Daws, Hunter M. Daws, Maddison C. Daws, and Alivia G. Daws; three brothers, Jurl (and Katherine)Cunnagin, Tony (and Thelma)Cunnagin, and Raymond (and Mary) Cunnagin and a host of other relatives and friends who mourn her passing. Other than her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one grandchild, Daniel J. Lockman; two brothers, Billy and Elbert Cunnagin; and one sister, Ineda Turner. Sylvia was a member of Beacon Hill Baptist Church, she loved, the Lord, her family and her friends. She also worked for many years as a sales clerk for Belk - Simpson of Somerset, KY. She will be missed by those who knew her. The family of Mrs. Sylvia June Daws will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. Monday Morning, June 22, 2015 until time for services at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the family of Mrs. Sylvia June Daws with all final arrangements.
