James E. McClanahan

Mr. James E. McClanahan, age 35, son of Jim and Sue McClanahan, was born on September 2, 1973 in Covington, Ky. and had been a resident of Somerset for nine years. James departed this life on Saturday, January 17, 2009 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Besides his Parents James is survived by his wife of 15 years Tonia “Fuson” McClanahan and his daughter Emily McClanahan, he is also survived by one brother; Tom McClanahan, and his sister; Dawn Brison both from Elsmere, Ky. James was also like a son to his in-laws Doyle and Helen Fuson and like a brother to his sister-in-laws Trina Hooper, Tracy McCormick, and brother-in-law Thomas Fuson. James also leaves behind several nieces and nephews who will also mourn his passing. James was a die hard Kentucky Wildcats fan and also loved Nascar. He was a wonderful and loving father who just loved and lived life to the fullest. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2009 at 11:00a.m. in the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Thomas Fuson II officiating. The family Mr. McClanahan will receive friends on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 from 6-9p.m. in the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements.
