Nina Haynes, 91, of Bronston, died Thursday, March 13 in Batavia, Ohio. She was born March 11, 1924 in Sloans Valley, Kentucky, daughter of the late John and Alcie Keith Super. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and beloved friend to many. She was a member of Beacon Hill Baptist Church.
Nina was proceeded in death by her parents, her husband Elmer, and daughter Linda Haynes Zinn, brothers Dewey, Steve, and Joe Super, and sisters Mary Morrow, Rose Davis, and Ann Isbell.
Survivors include her children: two sons, Terrie L. Haynes, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Timothy D. Haynes, Charleston, SC.; two daughters, Connie Shinn, Hiwassee, VA., and Debby Garrett, Rock Hill, SC. and 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Survivors also include her brothers Eddie and Frank Super, and sister, Lillian Super Haynes and Alvis Jean Bryan.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 19, 11-1pm at Pulaski Funeral Home. Services will follow visitation at 1pm with her son Terrie Haynes officiating.
Burial will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery in Nancy.
