Ollie Collins

Ollie Faye Bray Collins, of Tateville, Kentucky, age 73, daughter of the late Ray Bray and Rutha Jane Surber Bray was born in Tateville on December 3rd, 1941 and departed this life on Sunday, January 18th, 2015 in Piney Flats, Tennessee. She is survived by two sisters, Anna Marie Bray Decker of Nancy and Tammy Ray Bray Ballou of Bronston; two step-sisters, Janet Crabtree and Nancy Hubbard both of Somerset; two step-brothers, Gene Strunk of Tateville and Clyde Strunk of Somerset; and two grandchildren, Delana Patterson and Cody Patterson of Piney Flats, Tennessee as well as a plethora of cousins, nieces, and nephews across the United States. She was preceded in death by her parents and step-mother; her three children, Melissa F Patterson, Anthony J Patterson, Vincent Delane Patterson; three husbands, Randall Collins, Wendell Alton, and Lawrence Patterson; four brothers, Kenneth “Bud” Lee Bray, John Edward Bray, Norman Bray, and Raymond Lee Bray; and one step-brother, Carol Strunk of Burnside, Kentucky. She was a member of Gravehill Baptist Church of Tateville. She was a home healthcare aide. She enjoyed reading the bible, going to the lake, going to church, and loved to visit with family and friends. Funeral services will be held at the grave site in Seed Tick Cemetery of Burnside Kentucky on Saturday, January 31st, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations be made to Pulaski Funeral Home, P. O. Box 697, Somerset, Kentucky in memory of Mrs. Ollie Collins. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
