Bernice Gregory

Mrs. Bernice Gregory, daughter of the late Turl and Otha Burton Ard, was born at Norfleet, Kentucky on October 30, 1924 and she departed this life on January 23, 2015 having attained the age of 90 years. She was united in marriage to Mr. Chester A. Gregory, he preceded her in death. Survivors include; two sons, C. B. Gregory and Troy (Michelle) Gregory both of Somerset, Kentucky,five grandchildren, Jessica, John Justin, Amy Beth, Mark, and Lindsey; four great grandchildren; and two sisters, Mavis Wesley and Lois Faye Parro. Other than her parents, and husband, she was also preceded in death by three brothers, R.T., Warren, and Garvel Ard. Bernice was a member of the Langdon Street Baptist Church. When she was active and working, she was employed by J.J. Newberry's where she was a sales clerk. She was a kind lady who will be greatly missed by all who knew her, she leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn her passing. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Chandler officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Bernice Gregory will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Monday until time for services.
