Mr. William Wayne "Bill" Link

Mr. William Wayne "Bill" Link, age 56 , the son of William E. and Virga Lou Sanger Link, was born August 22, 1958 in Hammond, Indiana, and he departed this life on December 19, 2014 having attained the age of 56 years. He was united in marriage to Mrs. Anita Hansford Link for 37 years before his passing. She survives. Other survivors include; one daughter, Victoria Anne Link, both his wife and his daughter reside in Somerset, Kentucky; his parents, who reside in Scottsville, Kentucky; one sister, Cynthia (and Dan) Duncan of Somerset, Kentucky; one brother, Edward (and Leslie) Link of Scottsville, Kentucky; the following nieces and nephews, Phillip Duncan, Harrison Link, Hatcher Link, Scott Hansford, Andrew Hansford, Amber Duncan Burton, Hailey Link, Mia McClure, Angela Baker, and Sarah Hansford; and great nieces and nephews; Trevor Duncan, Hunter Burton, Victor Hansford, Jackson New, Callie New, Kinsley New, and Aaron Baker and a host of other relatives and friends who mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by; his paternal grandparents, William Edward Link Sr. and his wife Easter Link and his maternal grandparents, Virgil Jay and Lula Belle Sanger as well as several aunts and uncles. William was an employee of the Pulaski County Detention Center, and a former employee of Tecumseh Products for more than 25 years. He had also worked at Motor Wheel of Berea, Kentucky. Bill enjoyed hunting in is spare time. He truly enjoyed and much appreciated his position and his co-workers at the Pulaski County Detention Center. He professed having accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Funeral services for Mr. William Wayne "Bill" Link will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Sutton, Rev. Herman Hamilton, and Rev. Jerry Harper officiating. Burial will follow at the Cedar Gap Cemetery. The family of Mr. Link will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. Monday December 22, 2014.
