Bonnie Faye Irby Tindle passed away Sunday, October 12, 2014 at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center in Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
Bonnie was born on September 5, 1932 in Stonewall, MS to the late William Loyd and Willie Mae Irby. She was preceded in death by her parents; her only sister, Margaret (and Wesley) Chancelor and her only brother, Oscar (and Virginia) Irby. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Evan Ray Tindle; two children, Kathy (and Ronnie) Turner, and Dennis (and Jennifer) Tindle; three grandchildren, Emily Turner, Devan Tindle and Grant Tindle and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Bonnie was a Christian and attended the First Baptist Church of Somerset. She worked as a hairdresser and a homemaker. She enjoyed boating on the Magnolia Lady, playing and watching golf, sewing, embroidery, crocheting, knitting, painting, cooking and sharing her gracious southern hospitality with family and friends.
Memorial services will be held for Bonnie Tindle at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, October 16, 2014 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Dr. French Harmon officiating.
The family of Bonnie Tindle will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home on Thursday, October 16, 2014 from to 2:00 p.m. until time for services.
In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center, 100 Parkway Drive, Somerset, KY 42503.
