Nannie Bell Beasley Burdine, age 93, went to be with the Lord, Jesus Christ on Saturday, July 5th, 2014 at her residence in Somerset, Kentucky. She was born on March 21, 1921 to Alfred and Ava (Brown) Beasley in Somerset, Kentucky. She was a homemaker. She loved being around her family, grandchildren, and gardening. She is survived and blessed by one son; Kenneth (Sandy) Burdine, 3 daughters; Ruth Jennings of Somerset, Darlene (Jim) Monin of Jamestown, Nellie Bates of Somerset, 1 brother; Jim Huddleston, one sister; Louise Beasley, 18 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 36 great-great grandchildren; 6 great-great-great grandchildren. Proceeding her in death is her parents; husband of 55 years, Vertie Burdine; a daughter, Anna Mae Hutchinson; 3 brothers, Earl, Lonnie, and Raymond Beasley. Funeral services will be held at Pulaski Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. David Harmon and Rev. Everhart Walker. Burial will follow in the Slate Branch Cemetery. The family of Nannie will receive friends on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. at Pulaski Funeral Home.
