Wildon "Blackie" Trimble

September 22, 1931 — April 11, 2014

Wildon “Blackie” Trimble, son of the late Veston and Pearl Buchanan Trimble, was born at Norfleet, Kentucky on September 22, 1931 and he departed this life on Friday, April 11, 2014 having attained the age of 82 years. He was united in marriage to Mary Lois Wood Trimble on July 25, 1959 in Nancy, Kentucky, she survives. Other survivors include; one son, Marty (and Beth) Trimble of Richmond, Kentucky; one daughter, Amy (and Doug) Wolke of Somerset, Kentucky; six grandchildren, Benjamin and William Trimble, and Holly, Andrew, Brooklyn, and Chandler Wolke; five sisters, Alene Burkett, Irene (and Carroll) Jasper, Elizabeth Norfleet, Bernice (and Ernie) Maples and Maretta (and Lowell) Tarter. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by; two brothers,  Winfred Trimble and Nathan Trimble; and one sister, Daphene Simpson. Mr. Trimble was a farmer, and a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church, he loved his church and was an active member there.  He was a kind person who will be greatly missed by those who knew him and leaves a host of relative and friends who mourn his passing. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro.  Lester Caldwell and Bro. Bill Meece officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. The family of Mr. Wildon “Blackie” Trimble will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 14, 2014 and at the funeral home prior to services on Tuesday, April 14, 2014 Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements for Mr. Wildon “Blackie” Trimble.
