Wilma J. Buchanan, the daughter of Mr. Virgil Bray and the late Nannie Neeley, was born in Pulaski County, KY on May 9th, 1940 and she departed this life on Thursday, July 17th, 2008 having attained the age of 68 years.
She was united in marriage to Mr. Charles D. Buchanan, he preceded her in death. Survivors include her father; three daughters, Angela (and James) Casada, Susie (and Robert) Miller, and Jamie Buchanan, four grandchildren, Robert Eric Buchanan Miller, Jason Buchanan Miller, James Dustin Casada, and Tina (and Trevor) Casada Ball; two great grandchildren, James Ryan Ball and Desirae Ball; four brothers, Thomas Bray, Michael Bray, Kenneth Bray, and Orran Eugene Bray; three sisters, Anna Hackworth, Donna Taylor and Mary Troxtle and a host of other relatives and friends who mourn her passing.
Other than her mother, she was also preceded in death by; two brothers, Bill and Bobby Bray, and two sisters, Brenda Sue Bray and Wanda Faye Auxier.
Wilma was a home maker and she adhered to the Baptist Faith, she was a kind and loving person who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2008 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. J. S. New officiating. Burial will follow in the Quinton Cemetery.
The family of Mrs. Wilma J. Buchanan will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday, June 20, 2008.
