Phyllis Henry

Mrs. Phyllis Henry, daughter of the late Delmos and Flonnie Boyd Griffis, was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on January 29, 1931 and she departed this life on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 in Somerset, KY having attained the age of 83 years. She was united in marriage to Mr. Carl Henry, he preceded her in death.  Survivors include his daughter, Nancy (and Roger) Henry-Morris of Louisville, KY; one grandchild, Thomas (and Andria) Henry; and one great grandchild, Dana Henry. Other than her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by; one son, Carl D. Henry and two sisters. Phyllis was a homemaker, and she adhered to the Baptist faith, she was a kind lady who will be greatly missed by her friends and family. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Friday, April 4, 2014 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Gilbert Robinson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Union Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Phyllis Henry will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Friday until time for services.
