Beulah R. (Phelps) Baugh

Beulah R. Phelps Baugh, age 73, of Somerset, KY passed away on Friday, March 14, 2014 at Richmond Place in Lexington, KY. She was born July 15, 1940 in Somerset, KY, daughter of the late Lloyd G. and Lucy W. Alexander Phelps. She was preceded in death by, her husband, Richard Allen “Dickie” Baugh of 41 years. The couple were united in marriage on August 6, 1963 in Ringgold, GA. Richard Allen “Dickie” Baugh departed this life on February 08, 2005. Beulah was a homemaker, beloved mother and Nanny. Survivors include three daughters, Julie Renee (and Terry) Johnson of Tallahassee, FL, Rebecca Lynn (and Michael) Cathers of Somerset, KY and Deborah Rae (and Patrick) Bell of Monticello, KY; five grandchildren, Alex Johnson, Megan (and Jimmy) McClain, Miranda (and Chance) Lester, Hunter Bell and Caitlyn Bell; two great grandchildren Olivia Rose McClain and Smith Allen Lester; brothers Vernon L. Phelps of Milford, Ohio and Glen L. (and Sonya) Phelps of Somerset, Kentucky.   She was preceded in death by her spouse, parents, brother, Howard Estep and sister, Lois E. Phelps Mize.   A graveside service will be held today, Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. in the Mill Springs National Cemetery with Rev. Steve Spitzer officiating.   Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be handling all the arrangements for Beulah R. Phelps Baugh.
