Noah Reed

Noah Reed son of the late James and Lillie Duff Reed was born March 6, 1937 in Breathitt County KY and departed this life on February 17, 2014 in Somerset, having attained the age of 76 years. He was united in marriage to Ethel Holland Reed who preceded him in death. Noah is survived by two sons; Robert (Beth) Reed of Science Hill, KY, David (Angle) Reed of Somerset, KY three daughters; Jeanette (Benny) Goff, Brenda (Lewis) Thacker, Sharon (Major) Fyffe all of Somerset two brothers: James Bob Reed of Hazard KY, and Douglas Reed of Indiana and one sister Imogene Campbell of Hazard KY seventeen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren, He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two brothers: Hennery Lee and Thomas Reed, and one sister, Helen Sweeney Noah was a Machine operator for Con Rail Railroad and was of the Baptist faith. Funeral services for Noah Reed will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday February 19, 2014 in the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Pace officiating, burial will follow in the Somerset Cemetery. The family of Noah Reed will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday February 18, 2014. Pulaski Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
