Blanche Faye Haynes

Blanche Faye Yocom Haynes the daughter of the late Lewis and Emma Griffis Yocom was born in Eubank, KY on December 13th 1923 and departed this life in Somerset, KY on Thursday January 23rd ,2013 having attained the age of 90 years. Blanche was united in marriage to Mr. Lawrence Haynes he preceded her in death. She is Survived by a Son Donald (Janet Leigh) Haynes of Bronston, a daughter Sharon(Stanley) Olenski Tampa FL ,one sister Vivian Yocom Abbott, Somerset ,a grandson Josiah Olenski of New Orleans LA., Blanche is also survived by many friends and family members who morn her passing. Blanche was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a Son Dale Larry Haynes, and a brother-in-law Roy L. Abbott. She was a homemaker, a former employee of American Greeting in Danville and employee of Roses Department store in Somerset, a member of Beacon Hill Baptist Church and a former member of Eubank Baptist Church where she served as a leader for the G.A, and a member of many committee’s she also sung in a Quartet that sung in many Nursing Homes and Churches, she loved her church and family very much. Funeral Services for Blanche Faye Yocom Haynes will be in the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home on Sunday January 26th 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Bro, Shelby Reynolds Officiating with burial to follow in the Eubank Cemetery. The Family of Blanche Faye Yocom Haynes will receive friends at Pulaski Funeral Home from 12 noon until time for services on Sunday January 26th2014 .
