Wilbur J. Albertson

Wilbur J. Albertson the son of the late Bart and Margie Turpin Albertson was born at Nancy, Kentucky on February 13, 1918 and departed this life in Somerset, Kentucky on June 21, 2008 having attained the age of 90 years. He is survived by one son Jim Albertson and his wife Donna. Wilbur was the husband of Imogene Stephens who also survives; his first wife Juanita Albertson preceded him in death. Mr. Albertson was a sports shop owner for many years in Somerset and a member of Beacon Hill Baptist Church. Wilbur was preceded in death by his Parents, 1st wife and one brother Harold Albertson. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday June 24, 2008 at the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Dr. John Mark Toby officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens. The family of Mr. Wilbur Albertson will receive friends from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Monday June 23, 2008. Military honors will be conducted by American Legion Post #38 Honor Guard.
