Locklynn James Dick Born 12/30/2013 4:05 a.m. at LCRH. Locklynn passed 1 hour and 15 minutes after birth. His time on earth was short but beautiful. He was a blessing to us all, he touched so many of our hearts and will never be forgotten. His Mother Charlynn Courtney Dick, Father Tyler Wayne Dick, Grama Erika Lorriane Mayben and Cousin Cristina Marie Mort, was present during both his birth and passing. His survivors include his parents Tyler Wayne Dick and Charlynn Courtney Dick of Somerset Ky. Grandparents Erika Lorriane Mayben of Somerset Ky. Steven Lee Mayben of Coquille Or. Janet Kay Dick of Nancy Ky, Great Grandparents Dannia Erichsen of Somerset Ky. Phyllis West and Garlen West of Russell Springs Ky. Mavis Burton and Frans Burton of Edinburgh In. and Evin Pittman of Bronston Ky. Great Great Grandparents Reatha Eads and Horbet Eads of Liberty Ky. Locklynn James Dick is survived by several other loved ones including Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He is Preceded in death by his Grandfather, Randy Dick and Great Grandfather Darrel Dick and Jacob Erik Erichsen and Great-Great Grandfather Glen Mayben, along with several other family members. Family is having a small graveside service, in lieu of flowers we are accepting cards and donations for a headstone. Thank you for all your support, prayers and love.
