Orville Lee Cook

Mr. Orville Lee Cook, age 97 of Somerset, Kentucky departed this life on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at the McCreary Health & Rehab. Mr. Cook is survived by five grandchildren; Stoney Lee (and Robin) Cook, Sandy Vaughn, Billy (and Jessica) Cook, Gary Cook, Bonnie (and Rob) Rankin, eight great-grandchildren; Tracey (and Josh) Wilson, Amanda (and Chris) Espinoza, Jared Vaughn, Bethany Cook, Aaron Sawyer, Joseph Cook, Katelyn Cook and Emily Cook, two great-great-grandchildren; Allison Wilson, Clifford Levi Spradlin and a host of relatives and friends who mourn his passing. Mr. Cook was preceded in death by his wife; Christine Wheeler, one son; Gerald Lee Cook, one daughter; Joy Yvonne Cook, one great-grandchild; Macayla Cook and several brothers and sisters. Mr. Cook was a member of Duke Memorial Baptist Church and was a retired truck driver for H.T. Hackney. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2013 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. David Morris officiating. Burial will follow in the Science Hill Cemetery The family of Mr. Orville Lee Cook will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home after 2:00 p.m. until time for funeral services on Thursday, December 19, 2013.
