Mr. Charles Grant Meece

Mr. Charles G. Meece, Sr. son of the late George Robert and Sarah Dykes Meece, was born in Somerset, KY on May 6, 1950 and he departed this life on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 having attained the age of 58 years. He was united in marriage to Mrs. Lee Ann Bell Meece, she survives. Other survivors include; one daughter, Brandie Meece of Somerset, KY; one son, Chalres Meece, Jr. of Somerset, KY; three brothers, Edwin Meece of Beaverton, Michigan, Roger Meece of Opopka, FL; and Jerry Meece of Bowling Green, KY; one ½ brother, Calvin Vaughn of Louisiana and two half sisters, Lola Mae Hill of Louisville, KY and Vivian Eastham of Somerset, KY. Other than his parents, he was also preceded in death by; one brother, Cornell Meece; two half brothers, Luther Nelson Meece and Ivan Eugene Meee; and two half sisters, Geneva Foxworthy and Jeanetta Fitzpatrick. Charles was a carpenter and was self employed, he was also well trained in the art of Welding and hanging dry wall. He was a kind person who will be missed by all who knew him and he leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn his passing. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 230, 2008 at theChapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the White Lily Cemetery. The family of Mr. Charles Meece, SR will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Friday until time for services at 1:00 p.m.. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be asked to handle the final arrangements of Mr. Charles Meece, SR.
