Mr. Milton Augusta Shaw

Milton Augusta Shaw, of Somerset, KY was born July 26, 1931 in Manchester, TN to the late Albert and Roxie Rigney Shaw and went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, August 11, 2013 having attained the age 82 years. He was first united in marriage to June Shaw, she preceded him in death. He was later united in marriage to Mrs. Elsie Jewell Shaw, she survives. Other survivors include, five sons, Ron Shaw, Doug “Bubba” Shaw, Milton (and Jill) Shaw, Jeff (and Teresa) Shaw, Donald (and Debbie) Shaw, Michelle Shaw, Pic Shaw, Sandy (and Mark) Stevens, Pamela Shaw and Donna (and Al) Lehman. He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends who mourn his passing. Other than his parents and first wife, he was also preceded in death by one daughter, Cheryl Baker. Milton was retired from the United States Army having served 22 years, he was also a member of the Community Baptist Church. Milton was a kind person who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Shaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Mill Springs National Cemetery. Military Honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post # 38. The family of Mr. Milton Augusta Shaw will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to in charge of all arrangements for Mr. Milton Augusta Shaw.
