Grace Virginia Williamson

Mrs. Grace Virginia Williamson, 88, of Somerset passed away on Monday, July 29, 2013 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ira and Olive (Gregory) Richardson, two brothers, Merrill and LaVerne Richardson, and her husband of 62 years the late James A. Williamson. She leaves behind three daughters, James Etta (and Frank) Denney, Juanita (and Bob) Moore and Janet (and Larry) Heath. Six grandchildren, Bryan (and Hannah) Denney, Gayla (and Bob) McAlpin, Yvonne Poynter, Darla (and Chip) Mulligan, Shannon (and Teresa) Heath, Michael (and Bobby Jo) Heath. Thirteen great-grandchildren, Tucker, Kennedy, Noah and Jaxson McAlpin, Cole and Isabella Denney, Abigail Perry, Lewis and Joshua Poynter, James and Cassidy Mulligan, Holden and Garrett Heath and two step great-grandsons, Anthony Poynter and Bryant Gregory. Grace was a homemaker and a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. David Baker and Bro. Melvin Sisson officiating. Burial will follow in the Pitman Creek Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Grace Virginia Williamson will receive friends on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 from 6-9 p.m. at Pulaski Funeral Home.
