Faye Wheeldon, Somerset, went home to be with the Lord on April 12, 2008 at Somerset Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility, Somerset, KY. A Pulaski County native, she was born February 2, 1926, daughter of the Late Robert A. and Maude E. Phillips Faw. She was the beloved wife of the late Homer E. Wheeldon. She and Homer were the owners and founders of Wheeldon Appliance, which they operated for 23 years. She was a Christian and member of the Campground Baptist Church. She was lovingly devoted to her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one brother, Ervine Faw of Cave City, KY. Survivors include; three sons, Kenneth (and Marsha) Wheeldon of Burkesville, KY, and Marvin G. (and Donna) Wheeldon and Carlos W. (and Juanita) Wheeldon all of Somerset, KY; a sister, Dorothy (and Forrest) Wheeldon; a brother, Glen (and Francsis) Faw both of Eubank, KY, a sister, Iva Todd, of West Burlington, Iowa, and a sister-in-law, Pearl Faw of Cave City, KY. She is also survived by the following grandchildren, Kendra (and Danny) Watson of Burkesville, KY, Becky (and Kevin) Newton of Somerset, KY, Robin Wheeldon also of Somerset, KY, Wesley (and Nicole) Wheeldon of Columbus, IN, Bryan (and Angie) Wright of Minnesota, Lojunna (and Matt) Vanhook of Eubank, KY, Michael (and Kelli) Scrimager of Indianapolis, IN, and Jerry Scrimager, JR of Nancy, KY; and the following great grandchildren, Taylor and Haley Watson, Abby and Josh Newton, Lily Fisher, Hayden and Gavin Vanhook, Cameron, Drake, and Morgan Scrimager and Elizabeth, Nick and Ashley Scrimager. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 15th, 2008 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. David Muse officiating. Burial will follow in the Olive Cemetery in Lincoln Co., KY. The family of Mrs. Faye Wheeldon will receive freinds after 6:00 p.m. Monday, April 14th, 2008 at the Pulaski Funeral Home. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Alzhiemers Center or the Campground Baptist Church Building Fund.
