Mrs. Evelyn Roberts Dunaway

Evelyn Roberts Dunaway of Somerset the daughter of the late John A. and Pricilla Janie Dye Roberts was born at Mintonville Kentucky on December 24, 1916 and departed this life on June 21,2013 in Somerset having attained the age of 96 years. Evelyn was united in marriage to Columbus M. Dunaway he preceded her in death . She is survived by one Daughter Marian Price of Somerset, One son David Dunaway of Somerset, one grand daughter Karen (Bill) Fowler of Somerset and two great grand children Madison and Kennedy. and several nieces and nephews. Evelyn was preceded in death by her Parents , husband, one sister Effie Kennedy, one brother D.O. Roberts, one son-in-law George Tom Price, one daughter-in-law Debbie Dunaway and one great grand child. Mrs. Dunaway was a homemaker, a 1937 graduate of Somerset High School, a avid bridge player, a member of Somerset Order of the Easter Star #23, and a member of the West Somerset Baptist Church. She was a great mother, grand mother , and great grand mother who loved her family greatly, she will be greatly missed by family and friends. Funeral services for Evelyn Roberts Dunaway will be Tuesday June 25th 2013 at 2:00 p.m. of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Butte officiating , burial will follow in the Somerset Cemetery. Eastern Star Rites will be performed by Somerset Chapter # 23 at 1:00p.m. Tuesday June 25,2013. The family of Evelyn Dunaway will receive friends at Pulaski Funeral Home Tuesday June 25, 2013 from 11;00 a.m. until time for services. The family request donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland 100 Parkway Dr. Somerset, Kentucky 42503. Pulaski Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
