Mr. Glen Daws went to his heavenly home Friday April 26, 2013 having attained the age of 85 years, he was born September 3,1927 at Trimble, KY the son of the late James Wiley and Pearlie Scrimager Daws.
Glen is Survived by his loving wife of 62 years June Cunnagin Daws other survivors include one son Michael and Gayle Daws of Dayton OH, one daughter Kimberly and David Lockman of Lexington KY. Four grand sons and their wives ; Jason and Jenny Daws, Brian and Carrie Daws, Adam and Wendy Daws, Aaron and Sabrina Lockman , one grand daughter Kindall Lockman, five great grandchildren ;Mykala, Brandon, Hunter, Madison and Olivia Daws, one sister Fern and Gilbert Lewis , Lots of nieces , nephews cousins, brothers-in-law and sister in laws .
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers; Leonard, Robert, Winfred and Dale Daws ,one sister Levetha Tabor one infant grandson Daniel Lockman, one infant sister Betty Lois Daws.
Glen worked for General motors in Dayton Ohio for 30 years and returned to Somerset in 1976, a member of Beacon Hill Baptist Church being saved on fathers day June 15, 1980 and was Baptized on July 13, 1980 by Bro. Doug Strader.
He was a simple man that loved the Lord, his family and friends , blue grass music, and will be missed by all that knew him.

Funeral services will be on Monday April 29,2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pulaski funeral Home with Rev. Marvin Reynolds officiating , burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
The family of Mr. Glen Daws will receive friends at Pulaski funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until time for services on Monday April 29,2013. The family request in lieu of flowers expressions of Sympathy be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland 100 Parkway Dr. Somerset, KY 42503.
