Raymond E. Wade

Mr. Raymond E. Wade , age 92 , son of the late Georgie (Fike) and William Charles Wade was born on January 10, 1921 in Beattyville, Kentucky and departed this life on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Berea, Kentucky. Other than his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by 9 siblings. Mr. Wade is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years; Kelda Wade whom he united in marriage back on December 10, 1960, Raymond was the father of; Genella (and Joey) Ihrig of Kentucky, Timothy Wade and (Tiffany) of Berea, Kentucky, Wanda (and George) Sanders, Patricia (and Mike) Cyrus, Dallas Lee (and Muriel) Wade, Raymond (and Beth) Wade of Ocala, Florida, Larry (and Harriet) of Marietta, Georgia, Raymond was the grandfather of Wade Bryant and William Gover of Berea, Tyler and Travis Wade of Somerset, Kentucky and host of relatives and friends. Raymond was a retired Machine Operator of the Ford Motor Company, and World War II veteran of the United States Army and a Masonic member for over 50 years. Raymond was a loving father and will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with bro. Brad Gover officiating. Burial will follow in the Burnside Cemetery. The family of Mr. Raymond Wade will receive friends after 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 18, 2013 until time for services. A Masonic service will be held at 12:30 p.m. by the Burnside Lodge # 634.
