Mrs. Ezma Calhoun Baldwin, daughter of the late George and Gertie Branscum Kidd, was born in Wayne County, KY on April 28, 1927 and she departed this life on Monday, January 14th, 2013 having attained the age of 85 years.
She was first united in marriage to Mr. James Linville Calhoun, he preceded her in death.
One son, Mr. Michael Linn (and Sharon) Calhoun blessed this union, they survive. She was later united in marriage to Mr. Bob Baldwin, in July of 1976, he also survives. Other survivors include; three grandchildren, Kevin (and Alison) Calhoun, Kristen Michelle (and Marc) Lilge, and Karen Joy (and David) Fardo; four great grandchildren, Hannah Mae Calhoun, Hope Marie Fardo, Emily Grace Fardo and Asher Marc Lilge; one brother, Milton Kidd; three sisters, Alma Kidd Potts, Kelsey Lee Kidd Hahn, and Mary Ruth Kidd West, many nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends who mourn her passing.
Other than her parents and first husband, she was also preceded in death by ; four brothers, Vincent Kidd, Clyde Ray Kidd, Denver Kidd, and Joe Edwin Kidd and one sister, Nevada Kidd Corder.
Ezma was very much dedicated to her church, the First Baptist Church of Bronston, KY, she enjoyed family and friends, was a homemaker and enjoyed life.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, January 17, 2013 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Carter Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in the Neeley’s Creek Cemetery.
The family of Mrs. Ezma Calhoun Baldwin will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Thursday morning until time for services.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the First Baptist Church of Bronston 401 Hwy 790, Bronston, KY 42518.
