Mrs. Patricia "Pat" Dunaway

Patricia “Pat” Dunaway, the daughter of Lillie Chumbley Shaw and the late Truman Wilhelm, was born in Casey County, Kentucky on April 5, 1939 and she departed this life in the presence of her family on Monday, December 17, 2012 having attained the age of 73 years. She was united in marriage to Mr. Everett Odell “ Dale” Dunaway on June 19, 1957, he survives. Other survivors include; her mother, two sons, Edward Lee (and Laura) Dunaway of Lexington, KY and Jamie Dunaway of Somerset, Kentucky; several step-brothers and step-sisters; two special grandchildren; Thomas and Christina; three step-grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends who mourn her passing. Other than her father, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Deborah Lynn Johnson. Pat worked for several years at the local Save-A-Lot store where she worked in cashier supervisory position. She was a kind lady who will be missed by all who knew her and she leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn her passing. Funeral services will be held at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 20, 2012. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens. The family of Mrs. Patricia ‘Pat” Dunaway will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home on Thursday morning, December 20, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. until time for services.
