Jimmy Ray Morgan

Mr. Jimmy Ray Morgan, age 69 of the Mt. Victory Community, son of the late Arminnie (Bolton) and Wess Morgan, was born on October 18, 1943 in Mt. Victory, Kentucky and departed this life on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at his residence. Other than his parents Jimmy was preceded in death by his wife: Carol Morgan, 8 brothers: Rufus, Johnny, Wayne, Joe, Carl, Grant, Cavin, and Jimmy Morgan, 2 sisters: Dorothy Shelton, and Orpha Nolen. Jimmy is survived by 2 daughters: Honey Shannon (and Robby) Barron of Eubank, Kentucky, Ginger Sheryl (and Bobby) Burdine of Somerset, Kentucky, 2 brothers: Charles (and Molly) Morgan of Shopville, Kentucky, Kenneth (and Theresa) Morgan of Mt. Victory, Kentucky and 1 sister: Margie Padgett of Waynesburg, Kentucky. Jimmy also leaves behind 4 grandchildren: Chase (and Caria) Day, Ashley Day, Savannah Barron, Seth Barron and several nieces and nephews who all mourn his passing. Jimmy was a farmer and loved hunting and gardening. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Dalous Sears and Doug Eggers officiating. Burial will follow in the Providence Cemetery. The family of Mr. Jimmy Ray Morgan will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at Pulaski Funeral Home.
