Mr. Everett C. Hunt

Mr. Everett Charles Hunt, son of the late Charlie and Beulah Colyer Hunt, was born in Pulaski County, KY on April 25, 1917 and he departed this life on January 24, 2008 in Lexington, KY having attained the age of 90 years. He was united in marriage to Beulah Glover Hunt on December 19, 1934 in Somerset, KY she survives. Including Beulah five generations of family survive as follows; three children, Lerleen (and Charles) Hail, Jean (and Ralph) Farmer and Elwood (and Lou) Hunt all of Somerset, KY; six grandchildren, Rocky (and Sheila) Farmer, Eddie (and Cindy) Hail, Steve Hail, Greg (and Sue) Farmer, Marty (and Karen) Hunt, and Troy (and Elizabeth) Hunt; fourteen great grandchildren, Ricky (and Kellie) Farmer, Amber Hail, Misty (and Phillip) Resch, Jared Hail Burkett, Ashley Hunt, G. J. Farmer, Amanda Hunt, Laura Farmer, Andrew Hunt, Autumn Paige Hunt, Brandon Hail, Chandler Taylor Hunt, Haylee Hunt and Austin Troy Hunt; three great great grandchildren, Jaycee Hail, Anna Farmer, and Sydney Resch; and four sisters, Ella B. (and Bob) Hedge, Ruby Lee Whitney, Elva (and Arlie) Smith and Lou (and Gerald) Wilson. Other than his parents, he was also preceded in death by; one sister, Edna Marie Correll and three brothers, Curtis, Robert Carl, and William Roy Hunt. Everett was a World War II Army veteran, farmer, and member of the East Somerset Baptist Church. Everett was a kind person who enjoyed telling people about Jesus. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and leaves a host of relatives, friends and church family who mourn his passing and celebrate his homegoing. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 28, 2008 at the East Somerset Baptist Church with Rev. Darvie Fenison and Rev. Greg Farmer officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens. The family of Mr. Everett C. Hunt will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2008 and after 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Church. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the East Somerset Baptist Church Building Fund, 345 Pumphouse Road, Somerset, KY 42503.
