Mr. Myron "Bim" Eaton

Mr. Myron “Bim” Eaton, the son of Geraldine Denney Eaton and the late James Delno Eaton, was born on August 5, 1952 in Somerset, KY and Departed this life on Thursday, November 22, 2012 in Somerset, KY having attained the age of 60 years. He was united in marriage to Donna Sowder Eaton on April 6, 1974, she survives. Other survivors include ; one daughter, Deane (and Jason) Skaggs of Somerset, KY; one granddaughter, Jaycie Rae Skaggs, a special cousin, Dwight Sears, Sr. who was raised as a brother, ; his aunt; Jean D. Hargis of Science Hill, KY; his father-in-law, Jack Sowder; his mother-in-law, Marie Sowder, two very special pet companions ; Freddie and Sandy; and a host of other relatives, friends and church family who mourn his passing. Other than his father, he was preceded in death by a very special brother-in law, Jimmy Sowder, and his maternal grandmother, Alta Mae Denney. Bim was a 1970 graduate of the Shopville High School. He retired from crane after giving 33 years of service as a Caster. He was also a member of the Bethany Baptist Church, and loved farming and being outdoors,, he also served in the Army National Guard for six years, was a muscle car enthusiast, and enjoyed being involved in church when his health would permit. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 26, 2012 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Harris and Rev. Chris Absher officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Cemetery. The family of Mr. Myron “Bim” Eaton will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, November 25, 2012.
