Mrs. Bettye Jones Pushell

Bettye Jones Pushell, daughter of the late William M. and Willie Mae Waddle Jones, was born in Somerset, Kentucky on June 27, 1923 and she departed this life on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at her residence having attained the age of 89 years, She was united in marriage to Mr. Perry J. Pushell, he preceded her in death. Survivors include; four daughters, Karen (and Don) Minton, Brenda (and Johnny) Blevins, Pam (and Bruce) Murphy all of Somerset, Kentucky and Kim (and Rick) Robishaw of Bowdoinham, Maine; one son, Richard (and Teri) Pushell of Somerset, KY; eight grandchildren, one great grandchild; and one sister-in-law, Sharon (and Bob) Kleban of Overland Park, Kansas. Bettye and her husband, were the owners of the Fair Store Ladies Apparel, they operated the business in Somerset for more than 60 years. She was an avid Bridge player and loved to travel. Private graveside services will be held on Friday, November 9, 2012 at the Lexington Cemetery where she will be laid to rest following the services. The family of Mrs. Bettye Jones Pushell will receive friends on Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the residence of Bettye Pushell located at 141 Crawford Avenue in Somerset, KY.
