Jerry Wayne Couch

Mr. Jerry Wayne Couch, the son of James Marion Couch and Lora Jean Hurd Couch Conley, was born in Hazard, KY on February 24, 1983 and he departed this life on Monday, December 17, 2007 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital having attained the age of 24 years. He was united in marriage to Mrs. Michelle Morris Couch, she survives. Other survivors include; two step-daughters, Alisha Brewer and Brianna Hardwick; one sister, Lisa (and John) Harris; two brothers, James Raymond (and Andrea) Couch and Christopher (and Holly) Hurd; his grandmother, Lois Hurd; one aunt, Teresa Rooks; two nieces, McKayla Ogelvie and Harley Rayona Couch Allen; and one nephew, Timothy Harold Ogelvie. Jerry Wayne was a carpenter, and he will be missed by all who knew him. He leaves a host of relatives to mourn his passing. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2007 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. R.B. Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens. The family of Mr. Jerry Wayne Couch will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2007. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements of Mr. Jerry Wayne Couch.
