Yvonne "Bonnie" Schafer

Yvonne “Bonnie” Schafer, 69, of New Caney, TX went to be with her Lord, Friday, September 28, 2012. She was born April 23, 1943 in Irvine, KY. Bonnie is preceded in death by her father Vola Stewart. She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years Lee Schafer; 2 children, Kelli Eagle and husband Rick, Kevin Langford and wife Jenny; mother, Marcella Saylor; step-mother, Shirley Stewart; brother, Danny Stewart; 3 grandchildren, Cade Eagle, Ellie Eagle, and John Langford; many other relatives, and a host of friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 2, 2012 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Rosewood Funeral Home Porter. A celebration of life will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Second Baptist Church North Campus, Kingwood, TX. Interment will take place at a later date in Somerset, KY. In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorials to Cure Search for Children Cancer Foundation. A second visitation will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at the Pulaski Funeral Home form 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and a graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Pine Hill Cemetery. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all local arrangements.
