William Delbert Phelps

Mr. William Delbert Phelps was born August 11, 1939 of Wilburn, Kentucky, son of the late Nora Harp and Cecil Delbert Phelps pass and departed this life on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at his residence. He was of the Holiness faith and loved to sing. Family Ties was one of his favorite songs. He is survived by 2 sisters; Betty Jean (and Everett) West, Janet Phelps and (Veacher Yadon) all of Somerset, Kentucky, one brother; Donald Ray (and Patricia) Phelps of Danville, Kentucky. He also leaves behind 3 nieces; Vivian (and Sylvester) Scott of Vernon, Florida, Dinah (and Lloyd) Ratliff of Somerset, Kentucky and Nora Phelps of Lexington, Kentucky, 4 nephews; Anthony (and Annette) West, Maurice “M.E.” (and Christy) West of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, Donnie Clay Phelps of Russell Springs, Kentucky, Delreese Phelps of Somerset. He was preceded in death by his 2 sisters; Judy May Phelps, Doris Marie Doss and 1 niece; Karen Jeanette West. Private services will be held on Friday, September 28, 2012. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements for Mr. William Delbert Phelps.
