Mrs. Lexie Simpson

Lexie Trimble Simpson, Somerset, KY, went to her heavenly home on September 6, 2012. Lexie was a life long resident of Pulaski County. She is survived by her devoted daughters; Barbara A. Simpson Jokela (Carl) New Braunfels, TX and Faune Simpson Winters (Walt) of Scottsdale, Arizona; two grandsons: Mark Jokela of New Braunfels, TX and Kevin McPeake (Melanie) The Hague, Netherlands, and one granddaughter, Nicole F. Dixon of Durango, Colorado; one sister, Nelva Whiles of Lafayette, Indiana, plus a number of nephews and nieces. Lexie was preceded in death by her husband, C. Frank Simpson, her parents, Florumesy and Polly Jane VanHoosier Trimble, siblings, Beulah Molen, Opal Norfleet, Delbert Trimble, Bania Pierce, and Loren Trimble. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at the Mausoleum Chapel of Lakeside Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday September 11, 2012 at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 5 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Oasis Womens Center.
