Delpha Mae Barnes of Ferguson, Kentucky passed away peacefully Friday, July 20, 2012 in Clearwater, Florida after a long illness. She has lived in Florida since December 2011. She was the daughter of the late William and Lillie Baker of Ferguson, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Wright, and three brothers, Claude Baker, Harold Baker and Floyd Baker. She is survived by her daughters, Sherri Martin of Clearwater, Florida, Cathy Dees of Holiday, Florida and Mechelle Enda of Somerset, Kentucky; Brother Billy Baker of Somerset, Kentucky and sisters Geneva Vaught, Shirley Turpin and Carrie Mounce all of Somerset, Kentucky, as well as Dorothy Eads of Merritt Island, Florida and Ramona Tomlinson of Cincinnati, Ohio. Delpha is also survived by four grandchildren, Jason, Nathan, Courtney and Amber; eight great-grandchildren, Morgan, Marissa, Zack, Rebecca, Whitney, Raven, Jacob and Brandon; great-great grandchild, Nyla, and Aavyn Mae, due in September. Delpha was a loving mother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother who will be greatly missed. Her greatest passion in life was for her family. A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Kyle Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Somerset Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Delpha Barnes will receive friends after 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 until time for services at Pulaski Funeral Home. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements for Mrs. Delpha Barnes.
