Maud L. Price

Mrs. Maud L. Price, age 79, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away on July 2, 2012 at Cumberland Nursing Center (formerly Sunrise Manor Care). Maud was born May 10, 1933 in Kidder, Kentucky to Willie Casada (deceased) and Esma Casada (currently residing at Cumberland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center). Maud was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Price and her sisters, Christine Frisbie, Louise Lowell and Wilma Casada. Many nieces & nephews, in-laws and friends cherish the love and memories of Maud. These include Lois Borin, Allen Frisbie, Norma Jean and (Bob) Overbey, Joan and (Glen) Roy, Raymond (deceased) and Pauline Price and their families. Maud shared many good times and friendships while employed at Palm Beach and a member of the Parker Mill Baptist Church. She devoted the latter part of her life to carrying for her husband, Vernon, and family members. Many of those years included daily visits to Sunrise Manor Care where staff became her extended family. The family will receive friends Friday, July 6, 2012 from 5-8 p.m. at the Pulaski Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland 100 Parkway Drive Somerset, Kentucky 42503.
