Margaret B. Johnson, 79, Somerset, Kentucky; wife of Lloyd Preston Johnson, Sr., passed away at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital on Tuesday, October 9, 2007. She was born in Sunshine, Kentucky, September 25, 1928, and graduated as Valedictorian of her class from Wallins High School in Harlan County, Kentucky, in 1946. She attended and graduated from Brumbacks School of Business, in Loyal, Kentucky, in 1949. She graduate from Berea College of Nursing, Berea, Kentucky in 1954. She retired from Somerset City Hospital/Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in 1990 after having worked for 36 years as a registered nurse. She married Lloyd P. Johnson, Sr; of Berea, Kentucky, on July 12, 1954. She was a member of the Somerset First United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, two children, Elizabeth A. Klein (Allan) of Greenville, Indiana; and Lloyd P. Johnson, Jr (Vickie) of Somerset, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Preston L. Johnson (Kristi) and Adam L. Johnson both of Somerset. Three step-grandchildren, Katie Eason (Jason) of Lanesville, Indiana, Michael Klein (Jessica) of Louisville, Kentucky and Natalie Klein of Lanesville, Indiana. She had three step-great grandchildren, Jason Michael and Lili Kate Eason of Lanesville, Indiana; Hannah Klein of Louisville, Kentucky, one sister Myrtle Adams, and several nieces and nephews of Wallins Creek, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, Candace and Leland Bishop of Wallins Creek, Kentucky; a sister Pauline Bishop, and brothers Billy and Floyd Bishop of Wallins Creek, Kentucky. Visitation at Pulaski Funeral Home, 835 N. Hwy 27, Somerset, Kentucky; Thursday, October 11, 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Visitation also from 11:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M., Friday, October 12, with service to follow at 1:00 P.M. Burial following at Mill Springs National Cemetery, Nancy, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that contributions be made to the "Make a Wish Foundation".
