Mrs. Frances M. Abbott, age 84, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away Friday, June 22, 2012 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements for Mrs. Frances M. Abbott.
