Mr. Quinston Howard Pennington

Mr. Quinston Howard "Mutt" Pennington, the son of George Pennington and Patricia Gilmore Hay, was born on April 27, 1979 and he departed this life at his residence having attained the age of 28 years. He is survived by; his father, George Pennington; his step-mother, Yvonne Pennington; his mother, Patricia Lucille Gilmore Hay; his step-father, James Hay; two brothers, Floyd Cowan Jr., and Antoine Cowan, his step grandmother, Willena Alexander; four sisters, Ada Louise Gilmore Harris, Julie Cowan, Mary Cowan, and Betsy Pennington; a special niece, Shameka Gilmore; a special friend, Jessica Whitaker, two great nieces, and a host of other uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Quinston was preceded in death by; his grandparents, Tom and Clarine Pennington and Hubert and Marie Gilmore. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 29, 2007 at the Mt. Olive Baptist Church with Rev. Siebert Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. Friday, September 28, 2007 and Quinston will lie in state at the Church from 12:00 noon Saturday, until after services. The family suggests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Mt. Olive Baptist Church Building Fund. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be asked to be in charge of the funeral services of Mr. Quinston Howard "Mutt" Pennington.
