Mrs. Ruby Hylton Freeman, daughter of the late John and China Wilson Holloway, was born in Whitley County, Kentucky on January 8, 1927 and she departed this life on April 3, 2012 in Nicholasville, Kentucky having attained the age of 85 years.
She was first united in marriage to: Floyd James Hylton, he preceded her in death, she later married Mr. Billy Freeman, he also preceded her in death. Survivors include the following children, Brenda Roberts, Betty Cook, Mary McQueen, Shirley Mounce, Carol Hylton and Ruby Hylton Baker; also surviving are 30 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and a large host of nephews, nieces and other relatives who mourn her passing.
Other than her parents and husbands, she is also preceded in death by two children, Ellen Freeman and Lloyd Hylton; six brothers, Jessie, Eugene, W. O., Carl, Richard, and Clarence Holloway, and two sisters, Opal Bolen, and Wilbie Holloway.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 6, 2012 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral home with Rev. Joy Shearer officiating. Burial will follow in the Grave Hill Cemetery.
