Sharon Helton

Mrs. Sharon Meece Helton of Lexington formerly of Somerset was born May 21, 1947 the daughter of the Late Albert and Ida B. Woodall Meece at White Lily, KY and departed this life on March 22, 2012 in Lexington, KY having attained the age of 64 years. Sharon is survived by two sons; Brian Robert (Ivy) Helton of Okanagan Japan , Nicholas Scott Helton of Lexington, three brothers; Lowell (Marlene) Meece , Irwin (Helen) Meece both of Somerset and Sherwin Wynn (Connie) Meece of Science Hill, two grandsons; Jackson and Tyler Helton, one granddaughter; Riley Helton, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Helton was preceded in death by her parents and one brother; Norman Meece. Sharon was retired as systems manager for WKYT-TV in Lexington , a member of the God’s House of Prayer, and ran the Bread of Life Ministries . Funeral services for Sharon Helton will be held on Wednesday March 28, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home With Pastor Phillip Mattox officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens. The family of Sharon Helton will receive friend’s at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Wednesday until time for services.
