Amy Renee Ridner, age 31, of Ferguson, daughter of Bro. Coy Frank and Patricia Taylor Ridner was born in Somerset on June 26, 1980 and departed this life on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at her residence.
Amy had a son whom was the apple of her eye; Jordan Tristian Ridner and also her youngest sisters children; Angel Haven and Daniel Taylor whom she played softball, football with and enjoyed every moment with them. Amy was a talented musician and had a great Lead and Tenor voice. Her favorite songs were Coat of Many Colors, Ride Out The Storm, Prodigal Son. Amy has 1 brother; Coy Scott (and Sandra) Ridner of Somerset, 3 sisters; Lisa (and Stephen) Wood of Casey County, Lorie (and Corey) Pittman of Casey County and Angela Taylor of Somerset. She is survived by 1 grandmother Eva Taylor of Burnside, Amy has 3 nephews; Isaac Decker, Coy Thomas Ridner and Daniel Taylor, 9 nieces; DeRonda and Sarah Ridner, Abby, Stephanie and Willow Wood, Ashley, Alexis Pittman, Tiffany Emmerson, and Angel Taylor. Amy also leaves behind many aunts and uncles on the Ridners and Taylors side whom loved her and mourn her passing.
Amy was preceded in death by a beautiful baby boy; Thomas Aaron Ridner and nephews; Jacob Ridner, Caleb Ridner and her paternal grandparents Thomas and Bertie Ridner.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Br. Coy Ridner officiating. Burial will follow in the Sweeney’s Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 after 11:00 a.m. until time for funeral services at the funeral home.
