Mr. Claude Michael Meece

Claude Michael Meece, age 48 of Malvin Hill Road, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was the son of Claude Meece, Jr and Verna Lovell Meece. He is survived by his parents; a grandmother,Christine Meece, and a host of family and friends who will mourn his passing. Michael was a member of the Zion Baptist Church, of Somerset, KY. He was saved at an early age and loved his Lord. He loved going to church, singing gospel songs and cars. He will be missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by a sister, Angela Mariea Meece who died on January 7, 1995. He wsa also preceded in death by grandparents, Claude A. Meece, Beulah Lovell Bumgardner and Garner Lovell. Funeral services for Mr. Michael Meece will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 12, 2011 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Bullock and Rev. Greg Ryan officiating. Burial will follow in the White Lily Cemetery. The family of Mr. Claude Michael Meece will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, December 11, 2011. In Lieu of flowers, the famil requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Hospice of Lake Cumberland, 100 Parkway Drive, Somerset, KY 42503. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Mr. Claude Michael Meece.
