Sharon Gayle Hughes

Mrs. Sharon Gayle Hughes, age. 55 of Somerset, Kentucky daughter of Maxine and the late Rev. James Herbert Godsey was born in Somerset on September 30, 1956. Sharon lost her long and courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, December 1, 2011. Sharon is survived by her husband of 30 years; Randy Irvine Hughes and one son; Ryan Heath Hughes. Mrs. Hughes was a graduate of Fugazzi Business College and was most recently employed as Manager of the H&R Block office in Stanford. She was a member of the Ringgold United Methodist Church. Sharon brought the gift of love, joy and comfort to all who knew her and will be greatly missed. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2011 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Ben Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in the Science Hill Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Sharon Gayle Hughes will receive friends on Saturday, December 3, 2011 after 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home.
